After School Programs

Our PTA takes great pride in offering an array of enriching after-school programs tailored to meet the diverse interests and developmental needs of our students. From arts and crafts to STEM activities, sports, and music, there's something for everyone. These programs not only provide students with opportunities for personal growth and skill development but also serve as a valuable extension of the school day, fostering a sense of community and belonging. With dedicated instructors and a safe, supportive environment, our after-school programs aim to inspire creativity, promote teamwork, and cultivate a lifelong love of learning. Notifications of the coming session usually go out a month or more in advance, via the school newsletter. The program runs in three sessions per year, spanning most of the school year. We typically do not run programs for the first 1-2 weeks of school or the last week of school. Note that the program does not run on early dismissal days, as many after school providers are teachers who are attending professional development during many of these days.

2025-2026 Sessions:

Fall: 15 weeks, Monday, September 8 - Friday, December 19th. Skip dates Sept, 22, 23, Oct, 2, 13, 22, 23,31, November 3,4, 26, 27, 28.
Winter: 14 weeks, Wednesday, January 7 - Friday, April 10. Skip dates Jan. 19, 26, Feb. 9, 16, March 20, 24, 25, April 3, 6
Spring: 7 weeks, Monday, April 20th - Friday, June 5th. Skip date May 26

Fall 2025 Session

Monday Sept. 8 - Friday December 19th

Skip dates Sept, 22, 23, Oct, 2, 13, 22, 23,31, November 3,4, 26, 27, 28. Programs begin at 3:24 right as school ends and dismiss at 4:40. There is no after school on early dismissal days. Check the 6Crickets listings of your provider for additional skip dates for religious holidays, school conferences, provider conflicts, and makeup classes.

Registration for the Fall Session opens August 18th and runs through September 3rd.

The Spring Glen PTA is committed to ensuring its programs are inclusive for all children. Each eligible child can sign up for one class per session fully covered or a discounted rate. Please submit your information to https://forms.gle/TCnzNJEXuoxLeKPi7 to request a scholarship code. Please note that you will get a response after 8/24 as the After School Coordinator will be away without access to the internet prior to that.
